We had a great Thanksgiving this year! It was the first year that Grandma Kirkham hasn't had dinner at her house...and T was working at the station, so it was way different! Owen and I went to Marnee's house first and ate a little (yeah right) with G&G Kirkham, Rae, Brandon, Macie and mom and dad. We then went to the station and had dinner with all the fire guys and some of the families. Wow! We were definitely spoiled!! Owen learned to say "Happy Turkey Day" and it was the cutest thing ever. Macie was dressed in the pilgrim costume that my mom made when she was young(er)... so that was fun. She thought for sure she was a REAL pilgrim! She kept whispering to everyone "Don't tell anyone that I'm Macie, 'cause I'm pretending to be a real pilgrim!" It was cute!
T's family was also in town! Although we didn't have turkey dinner with them, it was great to be able to see them for the holiday weekend. Owen loved playing with "Maama" and seeing his cousins Estin and Mylie.
